Maybe I am seeing something that you didn't actually post. But I read this as... you have an injury. Having a back problem isn't the end of the world... but most can't be fixed with adjusting a bicycle saddle ether.Originally Posted by Sam123 .

With the saddle being lowered to where its meant to be hasn't really changed position on the bike as i can still have the ability to get like that below im still getting all the same pains lower back and gooch burning
