I'd like to pick up a Bianchi Sora (http://bianchiusa.com/07_c2c_nirone_sora.html) but can't find a good price in the States. Can someone please shoot me some helpful links?

You are going to have to search for that through a Bianchi dealer. Like Trek, Specialized, Giant and other large brands, the Bianchis (particularly lower-end ones) are not going to be found through discount online retailers.
As you are probably aware, you can find a list of Bianchi dealers on their website.
