I'm 16 and have been kinfa off and on of the tri sports, maybe doing a sport 2 or 3 times a week when I was really in it. But now I feel like I wanna to get serious in cycling. I need to some help on getting a training program for cycling and a a dietary plan as well. I know that people just say "ride" as a program but I've slowly been getting worse and feel that if I had a program I'd have a little more motivation and i would see myslef getting better faster.
