So about 2 years ago, before I quit, I was riding my bike on/off for about 6 months, not putting too much effort into it.
Earlier today I just found a power profile of one of my rides and turns out I did a personal best of 1810 watts in a random sprint effort.
I was around 74kg, 20 years old at the time.
I have always been told I have a strong sprint, and have won quite a few b grade crits with it but I was pretty surprised with myself with those numbers.
What do you guys think? Any track potential there?
