Not a BIG difference. Only 4-5 seconds. This is the time a pursuiter allows for when plotting his/her race strategy.

15 year old nitrogenmustard claims to have ridden 1.07.300 on a concrete outdoor track using a 92.6" gear. Concrete is not as fast as boards. Outdoor any wind ends up a net detriment because of the exponential outcome when riding into the wind (if you go in a circle you must meet the wind head on somewhere)

It's dodgy.
1.07 is absolutely flying outdoors on concrete fora senior rider.
