Looking for warm weather

I am looking for a place in Virginia, USA where I could go and train in the middle to late April -2007. I am not looking for a specialized training group, I would like to find a decent motel where I could stay for about $ 50.00 a night and where I could eat for about $ 40.00 a day. I am also looking for flat ground as at that time of the year I am not looking for hill to climb. If you of place that look like what I am looking for, please let me know.
