Having seen the program they are doing a fair amount of work and that
will keep them warm. The crew are just standing about holding cameras
and booms so no wonder they felt the cold just wearing a fleece.

Sadly, there were no elephants around at the time to really put the hat to
test!

I was very impressed by my Tilley's ability to float recently.

If a trifle unrealistic. Two thirty-something couples should have had 8-10
children between them, and at least one of the women should have been
pregnant. And what had they done with the older generation?

<g> and I've emailed the director to find out why health and safety
rules prevented them from living in the farm. People live in caravans
and go backpacking after all !

They should have started planning it ten years ago :-)
Hmmmmm difficult.

IMO it is much better than the normal 1940s house sort of thing where the
clueless participants do not know how things were done. At least this lot
have studied the problems and have at least half a clue about how things
were done.
