Need help identifying these wheels.

Hello,

I just popped over to the forum with the hopes that one of you can help me identify some tires I recently found. These tires were purchased in a lien auction as part of a lot containing a road bike and other bicycling equipment. I am a bike laymen and really don't know much about it. I have them for sale on ebay and people are asking me what kind of tires they are and I was hopeful you can help.
