old style townie bars - where to buy?

Hi,

I'm working on a few bits for my Repco Traveller. It's got the heavily rusted chrome townie bars and the rusted 'no stem' coupler to the steering tube.

I would like to go to a stemmed system but continue with the townie style bars.

Any idea where to pick up a new chrome or alu set? I've had a bit of a look at my favourite ebike stores but everyones selling flat or drop bars only.

Those are called "north road" bars. I found them through Amazon, which is a site all manner of online retailers can put their wares up for sale on. If you have such a thing down under, now you know what to search for.

Just make sure you don't have an oversize threaded headset. My Cadillac's fork, for example, will not take a standard stem and bars.
