    Hi All ,

I've searched the forum ( briefly due to a ridiculously slow internet connection ) but couldn't really find anything on the topic . In my lurking around various threads , I've seen reference to L3,L4,L5 and L6 Intervals . Would anyone be prepared to point me in the right direction in terms of finding out what these levels equate to and how they are calculated or should I just "buy The Book" on power training ?

Any direction , guidance or other assistance will be greatly appreciated .

The good doctor certainly has laid it all out for me .

Thanks for the help everyone and I most certainly will get the book ; if that one paper is anything to go by , the book will be indispensable for proper training with power .
