EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I had a problem with a Windsor Dover 1.1. It turned out that I had done something wrong when putting the bike together. Mike returned my call within in one day. He knew from my description exactly what I had done wrong. He was right! I was a very happy customer once he pointed out the error, which I had previously though was the fault of the company.
