come on people some of those suggestions are pretty whacked !

the session lasted a bit over an hour and as you can see it was three big efforts with a lot of rest in between

the green lines are my highest training zone for cycling

its an indoor sport thats not very popular in Australia

I was going to say wrestling with someone for the TV remote in the ad breaks....but that is a huge sport in Oz.....so that rules that out....also couldn't be getting up between quarters for another beer and a pee stop...also very big here:)

Mmmm

Relatively easy and then 3 all out efforts lasting 5 - 10 minutes. I find that a running HR graph is much more consistent than cycling so I don't think it is running.

Hell it looks to me like you took part in a "Gladiator" contest.

Steve i hope your HR doesn't hit 190+ when you post on here or else you are a very sad individual:p

so far gladiator is the best response but only in a very vague way

Are you serious? your HR got that high while fencing?
