As to the OP, I undersrtand it could take up to 24 hours for Spring to arrive. More if complications arise. I still don't have my password for Spring, however.

Nice, helpfull and gives good advice. That's what I aim for.

Stationary bike? It literally just snowed yesterday & the day after Spring was formally announced here. However, I still ride in that.

I googled it and only saw that info pop up on Fox News and the NY Post.

I have exercise ADD,
I think running and biking work for me because the scenery changes.

I get bored on stationary bikes and treadmills.
