admittedly i'm really more interested in the kimmage v uci case, but armstrong wasn't the only party to be charged by usada. a timely reminder from velonews that bruyneel still wants his day so that he may be heard.

http://velonews.competitor.com/2012/11/news/usada-will-hear-bruyneels-case-before-end-of-2012-may-call-armstrong-to-testify_263275

and another bit from velonews about the stakes bruyneel is pushing on the table:

http://velonews.competitor.com/2012/11/analysis/analysis-bruyneels-arbitration-proceeding-could-give-usada-the-power-to-subpoena-witnesses-including-armstrong_263566

truth be told, i'm hoping eurosport sends the team to boulder for wall-to-wall coverage of that hearing. and mark me down with the group that says bruyneel is soon to be convinced to take the lifetime ban and keep his mouth shut.

"Given the stakes, Bruyneel is likely facing significant pressure, and possibly significant incentives, to back away from his arbitration proceedings."
