I'm wondering whether one reason that the FFC is supporting ASO is
that the organisation is facing bankruptcy due to the recent judgment
against them in which they had to pay millions to an injured rider
from 1995 worlds, and that ASO might bail them out. That would be
fairly typical of the corrupt way things are done in France.
