I can't find anything online and there isn't any local TV coverage. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried international Eurosport links?

Not to rub it in, but we've got Eurosport on TV here : you can see the Giro on one channel and the 4 Days of Dunkirk on the other Eurosport channel.

    We're lucky.

Most of the European TV channels will country lock their streams, it's quite annoying. But you could try a proxy to get around this. Here's all the channels that broadcast the Giro, maybe one of them doesn't have a country lock or you can get access another way. If all fails you can always follow the live trackers. It's less attractive than watching but it does keep you up to date and there are many of them. Summaries are often up on YouTube an hour after the finish.
