Ceres car free weekend?

For anyone in Melbourne...

Just heard on RRR that CERES is having a Car Free Day this Sunday with
bands and stuff. I know that public transport comes under this umbrella,
but maybe not the best day to attract cyclists

Yeah, the event organisers should of researched in advance about the 14-15 October, it's a huge bike-themed weekend. Maybe they were more interested in attracting gunzels?
