mostly lower calf, when waking if I stretch pointing my toes it brings it on just before I am fully awake... nice huh?
also, hard rides in the cold both quads just above the knee, which comes on at the end of a hard ride when trying to finish strong on a climb or TT'ing in to get out of the cold.
I am not able to drink as much in the cold weather without stopping to use the bathroom, I'm sure I'm not sweating as much but I still try to drink one bottle per hour with electrolyte supplements in it.
