Differences in Cat 5 and Cat 4?

Im still a 5 and have 2 more races until i upgrade to a 4 and was wondering what are the major differences between the two?

There are fewer sketchy riders in Cat 4, as you might imagine, but there still are plenty of guys to watch out for. In some races the pace will be a little faster, but there are plenty of strong cat 5s.
