I live in Phoenix where you'd think there was good Mex. food. I have to
drive all the way to Ridgway, CO to the Adobe Inn for good Mex food.......

The different name kind of camoflauges them, but they sold the GB
name, so the name Senor Big Ed's was borne from the infamous Big Ed
burrito.

The Adobe Inn just plain rocks. Every time I head down that way, I
try to make that part of the trip.

We'll have to make that an after ride stop for the Wilson Mesa ride next
summer.
