Solubility / Absorbent of Amino Acids and minerals from AVOCADO during long rides

    Hi,
    As avocado (and also banana and dates) contains minerals A n d the essential amino acids – I was wondering if these nutrients
    Are actually being absorbed during the ride (of course it can be Avocado juice if that matters..)

    I don't see why not. Your stomach doesn't stop working when you head out for a ride.
