2 X 20 min power % with Map Test

I tried to search the forum, but I could not find it. What is the % of MAP power that I would perform 2 x 20 min intervals. I want to do these once a week, in a block training program.

According to Ric Stern your FTP will fall between 72-77% of MAP:

I want to start doing 2 x 20s as well, but having never done them, I'm wondering what they should feel like? For the time being I'll have to rely on PE and HR, but I think I would want to know this even with a PM. Thanks.
