Consequences for bicyclist doing 23 kph over limit in VIC?

Well, I've done 87kph in a 50 zone near Mt Coot-tha in Brisbane (Bot Gdns hill). It took 2 of us
(and a car 20m in front helped) but 83-85 is possible unassisted and there's a backstreet nearby
(Miskin St) where 71-73 happens everytime with no pedalling. Remove your quakinq hands from your
dragster's brake levers, Alan and say goodbye to the smell of melting brake blocks. Mark Lee

Slight downhill and slight tailwind included. If you'd said 60-65 I'd have believed you. Mark Lee

I'm sure there's another err... more embarrassing smell that will take its place just at that
roundabout - if some ******** driving a big blue thing with a white roof doesn't ruin his day first.
