Why does it seem that when the weather drops below 75F times on my rides seem to slow as well but effort doesn't necessarily decrease? I ride on a rail trail 99.9% of the time so it's packed limestone and such. I can only come up with a couple of reasons:

    1. Air Density
    2. Relative sogginess of trail
    3. I take longer to fully warm
