I have a friend who recently began cycling for fitness. Nothing serious, she just rides with her husband around their neighborhood during the evenings. She mentioned the only thing she doesn't love about cycling is the soreness. I suggested a saddle with a cutout. Can you fellow mountain cyclists advise on a good saddle? I'm a road cyclist myself.
