Fizik Arione Magnesium Rail?

Have you ever seen a Fizik Arione saddle with Magnesium rails?
It weighs about 250 grams and much cheaper than a Ti version.
Is there any difference between a Ti version and a Mg version,except the material of the rails and the weight?
