Oh definitely the Giant has a nice black frame and the 9 speed, which is
why I chose it first...but for some reason I didn't like it. Maybe I had
one size too small? Giant definitely looks better on paper. They even
compare it to a Trek in their advertizing giving a point-by-point 'better
than' descriptor.
It didn't seem that stable to me, but I'm 5'9" and 100kg. Plus it has that
damnable sloping top tube, and that way ugly adjustable stem thing. What
did you pay in USD for the OCR2?
I thought the Trek 1000 was more comparable to the OCR1? er, as to price
range...the OCR2 is better compared to the Trek 1200 isn't it?
I looked at the 03 OCR1...I hear the 05 OCR1 is a little better:

Again, not to insult your ride in any way, shape or form. It's a good bike,
bro.
