The frame geometry is a little different, but you won't see that in the specs. The TCR is more geared for racing, while the OCR is for recreational/charity riding.

The TCR has a double chainring, while the OCR has a triple: another way to figure out that the TCR is for competition. I'm not sure if this is a common thing for racing bikes, but the TCR doesn't come with its own pedals. TCR also lacks carbon stays. Brakes are also a bit different. That's about it. But the main differences are the: geometry and the chainrings.
