Note it appears from this that Ullrich was extraordinary -- it wasn't that Armstrong was worse than
last year.
The Alpes may play a role in this. I leave it as an ETTR to analyze prior years where TT1 was after
the first mountains.
But from second place on (Armstrong in both cases), results are comparable. It's 1st place which
really differes in the two years.
