Every time I write something at work that is issued to a client, I consider how it could be
willfully misinterpreted by a lawyer, and do my best to minimize that possibility. We also have
regular "loss prevention" training seminars.

It is a sad state of affairs when the majority of the United States Congress abdicates their proper
responsibility. Bravo to Senator Byrd for taking this issue and The Constitution of the United
States of America seriously, since Bush & Co. certainly do not.
