Say goodbye to McEwen turn

The organization has decided to replace the final U-turn with a wider
angle turn (similar to the Arc de Triumph in Paris). Insurance
companies should be happier, but, on the other hand, higher speed means
higher risks, and kamikazes may still get rewarded, so I'm not sure
this is an improvement.
