I hope Christian can work his way to the podium today. He's going great.
Vande Velde lost his chance at the podium when he *****ed out Wednesday. There is no way he can take 2+ minutes from Menchov.

F. Schleck is showing why Evans should not have given a **** about him on the Alpe.

No way (surely) Evans can take another minute out of Sastre in the last 17km... although the last section is tough.

Props to Sastre and his win on the Alpe, but another win by a rider from the country of dope does not look good.

And next year it'll be, who, Contador again?

Provided he's invited of course.

Always the bridesmaid, he'll never be the bride.

His chance was this year, next year he won't even make a podium. Too many young guns coming up.

Kohl is a real contender.

Frank trying to slipstream...

What happens if Evans loses by ten seconds? He'll realize he should not have been dicking around in the middle of the Alpe.
Indeed. On that stage, CSC really fooled him into thinking Frank was the danger man.

Well done Sastre.

Cadel needed the time trial he did last year. If he'd been up near Cancellara he would have been in yellow.

That's another Tour finished. It's been fun. :D *waves bye bye*

31 seconds, REALLY????? REALLY????? It's a complete farce. Evans did a bad a poor ride but Bjarne's medicine really does the trick doesn't it...

Yea, it is about to get really quiet in here for about 11 months.

Yep, the new, clean Tour, dominated by a team that has a doping program that seems to rival that of Discovery.

So long Cadel. No chance for you next year. Not with Contador/Astana and A.Schleck/CSC competing next year.

Lets not start the "Cadel lost because everyone else dopes" excuse train. He had every opportunity to win the race in the mountains, and he didn't take the initiative to do so. He didn't win.

Not even counting Kreuziger and Gesink.

No excuses here. I'm pretty sure Cadel dopes too.

How do you explain the Schlecks poor rides? Sastre 12th at 2 1/2 minutes in a final TT is pretty much to form. Evans at 2 minutes isn't to normal form. He rode poorly. End of story.

I have not been very happy with this year's Tour. It seems even more of a farce than before.

Vande Velde spent years on Postal then moved to Liberty Seguros and then to CSC before becoming a clean cyclist on Slipstream, where he challenges for the Tour podium. Uh, yeah...right.

Sastre pulls out an amazing time trial performance ala Leipheimer and Contador.

Schumacher must be jacked to the moon. He could win next year if he slightly improves his climbing.

The whole CSC team looks suspicious as all get out.

Et cetera.

Alright, Aussies. Time to go to cry yourselves to sleep now. Won't be an Aussie Tour champ for at least another decade.
